Masala Cheese Toast
Grated cheddar cheese topped with chopped tomatoes, onions, herbs and spices served with Geeta’s Kashmiri sauce on a crispy baguette. Fabulous if eaten with a dollop of mango or orange and papaya chutney. Recommended Teas: Masala chai.
Ragada Patti
One of the most popular streets foods of India, Ragada Patti is unique blend of chickpeas and spices cooked in a mild tamarind flavoured sauce served over a spicy potato cake.
