Indian spiced chai (Masala Chai)

This tea is traditionally brewed by boiling milk, adding thick black tea, various spices then boiling it again. This hearty brew can also be available on its own with milk and sugar on the side.

Assam

This 2nd Flush tea is from Bukhial. Coppery and bright with a rich malt flavor this top quality tea is bold enough to be drunk with milk and sugar.

Darjeeling(1st Flush)

Grown only in the region of Tukdah in Darjeeling, this flavorful tea has a lovely muscatel character with a hint of nuttiness. Recommended straight or with a splash of milk.

Darjeeling(2nd Flush)

This excellent 2nd flush tea has a lovely nutty flavor with a delicious astringency. Recommended straight since milk or sugar can mask the intrigue and subtle nuances of this vintage tea.

Kama Sutra Chai

This blend is a combination of strong Indian and Kenyan teas with ginger and cardamom intermingled with cinnamon, cloves and hints of black pepper. This full flavored tea is daring enough to be served with milk and sugar.

Lemon Ginger

This luxurious black tea has notes of natural dried pineapple, lemon, ginger pieces, calendula and sunflower petals. Tea connoisseurs would advise you drink this straight up with a dash of sugar or honey.

Lemon Grass Chai

This full bodied black tea is a blend of Kenyan and Assam tea leaves combined with lemon grass, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cloves and black pepper. Much bolder than the Lemon Ginger, this chai is perfect with milk and sugar and compliments spicy foods quite well.

Ceylon

Sri Lanka (a.k.a. Ceylon) has 5 principal Tea growing districts. One of the premier estates known as St. Coombs, is in the higher reaches of the mountains where this particular tea leaf is grown. This medium bodied tea has a flowery character and goes very well with milk.

Peppermint

One of the world’s truly great tea blends, mint tea is the most popular drink in most of the Middle East nations. Excellent straight up or with a dash of honey.

Star of India

A collection of India’s favorite blends in one synergistic flavory tea. Malty 2nd flush Assams, 1st flush Darjeelings and sprightly January Nilgiris. Acceptable with milk and or sugar.

Moroccan Madness

This exotic tea is malty and flavory with some strength and exudes the cool accent of Peppermint. This coppery colour tea is excellent straight up with a dash on honey.

Indian Mocha Chai

Superb body with mellow Indian spice notes and overtones of mocha depth, elevates the experience of chai to a new level. Coppery bright this flavorful tea is especially enticing with a dash of milk.

Monk's Blend

Originally created by Buddhist and Taoist monks, a mysterious blend of grenadine and vanilla with Sri Lankan Orange Pekoe this tea is quite acceptable straight up or with a dash of milk.
